• Must respond to written correspondence and demonstrate thorough reading and understanding of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls delivering prompt, professional customer service.
• Update customer accounts and process payments as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying causes and applying effective solutions.
• Record detailed notes on inquiries, complaints, and feedback in all SFS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve inquiries.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals including talk-time and resolution rates.
