Venture Tech Solutions partners with a fast-growing financial services leader to recruit a high-energy, bilingual Call Center Sales Manager for 100% in-office work at our client's headquarters in Plantation, FL. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can scale production, build outbound/inbound teams, and foster a competitive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years direct sales management experience in a high-volume call center.
• Financial Services experience preferred (lending, banking, insurance, etc.).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for verbal and written communication.
• In-office work at corporate HQ in Plantation, FL; some nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and monitor queues to hit revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for phone agents to support growth.
• Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews to improve reps to quota.
• Use call center metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the funnel.
