Job summary

ABIC USA, LLC is seeking a Call Center Executive in Bloomingdale, IL to engage customers by handling calls about home, mobile, internet, and services. You will apply consultative selling to close sales and retain customers while updating CRM records and logs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and multitasking skills. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays and offers paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with home, mobile, internet, or service inquiries.
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales.
• Identify opportunities to retain customers or upsell additional products and services.
• Record and update customer information accurately in CRM tools and maintain call logs.
• Listen actively and provide timely, effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Offer basic troubleshooting or guidance related to products, accounts, or billing.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales, quality, and service goals.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to share insights and improve results.
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional tone on every call.
