Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required for effective communication with customers.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of outbound calling experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to residential owners and renters to inform them about programs.
• Assess eligibility and gather necessary documentation over the phone.
