United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley is recruiting for Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agents to join our centralized Call Center in Fresno, CA. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and is non-exempt.

Agents handle incoming and outgoing calls, pre-register patients, collect insurance information, and schedule diverse medical services. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred), a valid driver's license, and at least two

Competenze

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required; customer-service oriented environment.
• Minimum two years in customer service or call center; scheduling experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred; valid driver's license may be required.
• Proficient with standard computer applications and scheduling systems.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to patients via calls.
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule Medical, Dental, CPSP, Behavioral Health, Health Education, Enrollment and Optometry appointments.
• Pre-register patients and collect third-party insurance information.
• Route calls to the appropriate department and document patient information.
