Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices considering profitability before placing orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product supply.
• Process and create purchase orders in the system.
• Plan pricing strategies with suppliers for optimal pricing.
• Publish inventory and ordering reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure deliveries satisfy orders.
• Make purchase decisions per company procedures and FSMA regulations.
