Lowes Foods is seeking a Purchasing/Buyer to oversee an entire product line’s inventory and conduct buying in collaboration with management, procurement and administration. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include identifying new product opportunities, negotiating prices, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring uninterrupted supply, processing purchase orders, and planning pricing strategies to fit budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or related field.
• 3-5 years retail buying experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PO software.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs to find new product offerings.
• Negotiate prices and evaluate profitability before placing orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product supply.
• Process purchase orders and manage ordering procedures.
