Souto in Georgia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to oversee an entire product line's inventory and manage buying in collaboration with management and procurement teams. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

The role emphasizes maintaining stock levels, negotiating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and developing promotional product lines while ensuring FSMA-aligned procedures and on-time deliveries.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail buying experience required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or related field
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PO software
• Attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs to find potential new products
• Negotiate prices with profitability in mind before placing orders
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure steady supply
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product supply
• Process and generate purchase orders in the system
• Plan pricing strategies with suppliers for optimal pricing
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional product lines
• Ensure orders align with FSMA regulations and company procedures
• Publish inventory and ordering reports for upper management
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure deliveries meet PO requirements
