Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields required.
• Two years of retail/sales experience required; experience in financial services highly desirable.
• Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) highly desirable.
• Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Receives bank visitors, provides information, and directs them to appropriate staff.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding products and services; provides solutions on accounts disputes.
• Cross sells bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch profitability goals.
• Receives and processes transactions in the system in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in every account or transaction.
