You will connect with walk-in customers, drive sales, and support warehouse tasks throughout the shift. The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires flexible hours within branch operation times. You will manage customer experiences, assist with product selection, enter orders accurately, and help with stocking, merchandising, and showroom replenishment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading vehicle.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and build customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare backorders and stage will-call orders; assist with stock and merchandising.
• Perform inventory counts and navigate Grainger computer systems.
• Maintain branch appearance and comply with safety guidelines.
