Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required (written and verbal).

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with diverse workforce.

• Experience with multiple systems, platforms, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client positions.
• Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining quality candidate experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and client contacts.
• Conduct pre-screening, assessments, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Utilize ATS, platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to guide hiring decisions.
• Attend job fairs and events to attract talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in company systems.
• Respond professionally to candidate and client concerns and resolve issues diplomatically.
