Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in San Antonio is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative Float to join our Northwest region full-time, starting at $20.00 per hour. A bilingual Spanish/English certification can add $2.00 per hour after certification.

The role blends teller and personal banker duties across several NW San Antonio branches, including Bandera Pointe, Brooks, Culebra, Floresville, Mission South, Potranco, Rigsby, and South San.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule and ability to cover multiple locations within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient with PC and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, via video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash controls and negotiable instruments per policy.
• Handle calls for the Member Service Center as a Branch Reservist.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation risk.
• Assist members with account openings, updates, and closings.
