Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of functional/professional experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience including strong commercial lending knowledge.
• Ability to read and analyze balance sheets.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the activities of a full-service branch office.
• Communicate with customers to introduce products and services.
• Solicit new business and conduct product training.
• Develop branch business plans for profitability.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports.
