Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of banking or related financial services experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of commercial lending and/or banking products.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including balance sheets.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.

• Maintain appropriate controls over branch assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.
• Prepare and review required financial, operational, and regulatory reports.
• Represent the bank at community events, business organizations, and networking activities to develop relationships and generate new business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of a full-service banking branch. This position is responsible for driving business development, growing customer relationships, achieving branch sales goals, and leading a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in branch banking, commercial banking, business development, and/or commercial lending, along with proven leadership and customer relationship management skills.

Compensation

Base Salary: $67,000 – $120,000 per year

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
