Job summary

Ascend Staffing in McKinney, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead recruiters and support staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth in the Saginaw area. Qualified candidates have 1+ year of management experience, strong communication skills, and experience with Excel and CRM software.

You will drive sales goals, ensure excellent service delivery, and coordinate with the sales team to transition new clients smoothly into the branch.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a small team is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including recruitment, placement of temporary employees, on-call rotations, and record keeping.
• Manage branch employees and ensure goals, procedures, and performance metrics are met.
• Create Branch Financial reports.
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service to clients.
• Meet sales goals and drive market and revenue growth.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Facilitate smooth transition for new clients from sales to branch.

Job Summary

As the Branch Manager of our staffing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing services to our clients. You will lead a team of recruiters and support staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development and expansion of our agency in the Saginaw area.

Compensation

$50,000 Plus 2% OI

Branch Manager Duties / Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with the day-to-day operations of our branch office, including recruitment, placement of temporary employees, on-call rotations, and accurate record keeping.
• Manage other branch employees; ensure that goals, operating procedures, and performance metrics are met.
• Create Branch Financial reports
• Assure delivery of superior customer service to all clients
• Meet Sales goals and drive market and revenue growth
• Oversee relationships with clients; communicate frequently and hold quarterly business reviews to discuss how Ascend Staffing is meeting their needs.
• Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients from the sales representative to the branch

Branch Manager Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of management experience
• Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred for this role
• Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
• Experience in leading a small team is a must
• Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position

Branch Manager Working Conditions

• Occasional travel required
• Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals
• May work above 40 hours a week as required
