Job summary

Horizon America Staffing in New Jersey is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations across Willingboro and Philadelphia. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining accurate records in the ATS and CRM.

This role drives high-volume recruitment for light industrial positions, builds a robust candidate pipeline, and partners with clients to forecast workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in light industrial staffing.
• Previous branch management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing recruiters and branch operations.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance for Willingboro and Philadelphia office.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, workers' compensation claims, and unemployment issues.
• Lead recruiting efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, production, and other light industrial positions.
• Coach and develop branch staff; conduct performance reviews and set measurable goals.
• Partner with clients to forecast workforce needs and monitor client satisfaction.
