ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts in Prosper, Texas, is seeking a Part-Time Business Development, Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will partner with the CEO to drive growth across sales, marketing, and client relationships.

You'll support outbound prospecting, CRM management, and marketing activities, with a clear path from coordinator to full-time leadership as revenue grows, while developing skills in business development and strategic branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, or related field.
• Candidates completing a relevant degree or with equivalent experience will be considered.
• 1–2 years in sales, business development, marketing, or related area preferred; strong entry-level candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential commercial customers.
• Generate qualified leads and help schedule sales appointments.
• Research prospective accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Support prospecting and lead generation using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Follow up with prospects, proposals, and opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Help develop new recurring commercial cleaning accounts and specialty service opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth objectives.
