Job summary

Enterprise Construction Group is seeking a Billing Process Specialist to join our team and support billing and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with experience in billing processes and QuickBooks.

You will process invoices, review financial information, maintain records, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing processes, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Construction industry or accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer invoices and billing documentation.
• Enter, review, and maintain financial information in QuickBooks.
• Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain organized billing and financial records.
