Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee health, financial, and wellness programs.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding benefit questions, eligibility, and enrollment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve benefit issues and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Maintain and audit employee records within HR systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, annual enrollment, and life-event changes.
• Review invoices, deductions, and reporting to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare recurring reports and support audits and compliance activities.
• Contribute to employee communication, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with time-off and leave administration, applying policies consistently.
• Support various HR programs and special projects as needed.
