The Wonderful Company is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist based in Lost Hills, CA, who will travel to other wellness centers in the Central Valley to support an enhanced Primary Care team. You will collaborate with the PCP, a psychiatric consultant, and other providers to improve patients’ physical and mental health.

Qualified candidates hold a California LCSW/LMFT license and are fluent in Spanish. The role offers a competitive salary with a discretionary bonus and a monthly car allowance,

Qualifications

• Current/valid LCSW or LMFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Must speak Spanish fluently.
• Preferred experience working with adults, teens, and pediatric patients.
• Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patients and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mental health care with the patient’s PCP and other providers.
• Screen and assess for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Educate patients about disorders and treatment options.
• Monitor symptoms and treatment side effects.
• Facilitate referrals to services outside the primary clinic.
