Legacy Community Health in Baytown, TX, seeks a Bilingual Behavioral Health Representative I to join our on-site team with a hybrid schedule. You’ll support providers, coordinate referrals, obtain vital signs, and help manage patient flow and safety in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and basic computer skills; CPR/BLS certification is required. Training is provided to grow within community healthcare.

Qualifications

• BLS (CPR & AED) Certified required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Familiarity with BH preferred.

Responsabilités

• Arrange language line interpretation services.
• Assist new patients with the registration process and intake.
• Manage EHR and continuity of care lists.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize patient access.
• Attend required safety trainings and meetings.
• Provide administrative support for Behavioral Health at the site.
• Triage behavioral health emergencies and assist with procedures.
