Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in a part-time, hybrid role in Fresno, CA. You will provide 1:1 ABA-informed therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families and a BCBA supervisor to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to clients within Fresno area.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve best outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies to protect and support families served.
