Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking Spanish- and English-speaking Behavior Technicians to provide individualized ABA services to clients with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition programs, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA/BAA in clients’ homes and centers.

Requirements include high school diploma and availability Monday–Friday, 12:00–8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 12:00–8:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation to locations in Thousand Oaks and Oxnard.
• Access to a compatible mobile device for scheduling, data collection, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Assist clients in practicing meaningful skills through structured teaching and everyday activities.
• Communicate professionally in Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Collect accurate data using the data collection app and complete timely session notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and BAAs, participate in training, and apply feedback.
• Follow individualized safety procedures and promptly report clinical concerns.
• Maintain dependable attendance, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
