Job summary

MindBridgeABA is hiring a bilingual Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Treatments may occur at home, in-clinic, community settings, or via telehealth. Fluency in two or more languages including English is required.

The role emphasizes data collection, treatment fidelity, and collaboration with families and staff. A High School Diploma is required, with training and ASD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Pass Behavior Technician Training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a group setting under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during each session.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
