Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to work 1:1 with children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data daily to support progress and inform adjustments with families and the supervising BCBA.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules after school and potential weekends, with opportunities to pursue RBT credentialing and ongoing mentorship within our ABA Professionals Network.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant fields of study in ABA/psychology/special education.
• RBT certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability required.
• Experience with children in school-age range preferred.
• Ability to document progress notes and data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home environments under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and chart progress data to guide interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to implement individualized treatment plans.
