Job summary

Centria Autism in Union City, GA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under a BCBA's supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and use evidence-based techniques.

We value patience, teamwork, and a commitment to training. Pay starts at $19/hour with growth based on experience, certification level, and education.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
• MD/VA RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the team to support each child’s needs.
