Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or centers across King City, Marina, Sea Side, and Salinas, CA. You’ll support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving guided training and mentorship.

You’ll follow treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to ensure consistent, positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children (experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish/ English.
• Driver’s license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
• Able to pass background check; CPR/First Aid required (we’ll help you get certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.
