Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health Inc is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) – Entry Level Welcome to join our ABA team in California. You will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services in center, homes, schools, or community settings, under BCBA supervision, building communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in center, home, school, or community settings under supervision.
• Implement behavior and skill-building programs and collect data during sessions.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors.
• Follow behavior plans with consistency and professionalism.
• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence.
