Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Pasadena, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will teach communication, play, and independence while using data to guide decisions and collaborating with BCBAs and families.

We provide world-class training, ongoing supervision for BCBA pursuit, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be 18+, pass background checks, and have related coursework or experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and achieve independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.

Responsibilities
