Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader to guide TK-5 students through daily activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts. This full-time, weekday position runs 7 am–6 pm with two shifts and no weekends, in Forest Park.

Safety and inclusivity are emphasized as you help kids learn and grow after the school day. Applicants need an Associate’s Degree or higher, 48 college credits, or have passed a paraeducator exam.

• Experience working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.
• Ability to follow child safety procedures closely.
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of TK-5 students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
