Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader for Forest Park TK-5th Grade programs. Mon-Fri, 7 am to 6 pm, two shifts offered, no weekends.

Pay is $22.00 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus. You will lead a group through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) and keep child safety as a top priority. Join a team that supports kids' growth in a structured, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• 48 college credits accepted for consideration.
• Successfully passed a paraeducator exam.
• Experience in after-school or enrichment programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
