Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader to guide students in after-school programs at Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park - TK-5th Grade. You will lead activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while ensuring safety and organization.

We value flexibility, reliability and a proactive team player who can build positive relationships with students, families and school staff. A $300 hiring bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher is required.
• A minimum of 48 college credits is acceptable.
• Successfully passed a paraeducator exam is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
