Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired. The role offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and strong support for licensure expansion across states.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
