Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or actively pursuing.
• M.A./M.S. in ABA or a related field.
• Bilingual Spanish – Fluent.
• Strong leadership and staff management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists.
• Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to meet clinical goals.
• Provide parent consultations and direct supervision.
• Model and train therapists in ABA techniques.
• Monitor and support program implementation in clinic and field settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies.
• Document client data, progress notes, and reports.
• Train families on behavior intervention techniques.
• Maintain minimum 120 billable hours monthly.
• Conduct FBAs and write reports; present progress updates.
