The position requires 2+ years of clinical experience, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2+ years clinical experience delivering direct services.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment based on data.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and feedback.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Prepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisors.
• Lead team meetings and support staff development.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement.
