Responsibilities

• Identifies banking opportunities during conversations and refers them to branch staff as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagements to connect customers with PNC products and leverages technology to facilitate transactions.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to policies.
• Ensures teller and branch operations are conducted efficiently and accurately.
