Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers with questions and account inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions within policy.
• Identify products or services to meet customer needs and educate on options.
• Follow bank policies, security, and compliance in all interactions.
• Document interactions and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary and seek approvals as required.
