Cyprus Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Financial Service Representative (Teller) who enjoys helping people and is motivated by achieving sales goals. This role emphasizes building relationships, identifying needs, and offering relevant products to members.

The position is part-time with a set schedule across Salt Lake Valley branches, including Centerville, North Salt Lake, Foothill, and other nearby locations. Opportunities for bilingual incentives and career growth are highlighted.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, or applicable work-release documentation.
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales mindset with the motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with members and uncover financial needs through meaningful conversations and effective questions.
• Identify and recommend Credit Union products and services based on each member's needs and financial goals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver a positive member experience while balancing service, sales, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Follow up on identified opportunities and referrals when appropriate.
