Job summary

Granite Credit Union in Utah County is hiring a full-time Bilingual Universal Bank Teller (Member Service Representative) to serve at multiple branch locations. You will perform deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings while delivering friendly, confidential, and accurate customer service.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Good math skills.
Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of paying and receiving functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
Open new accounts and advise clients on loan applications.
Provide prompt, professional service while ensuring information remains secure and confidential.
Travel to other Branch locations for coverage.
