Cyprus Credit Union is seeking a bilingual Financial Service Representative (Teller) in Utah. This part-time role focuses on building relationships, uncovering member needs, and guiding them to the right products and services.

You will contribute to branch sales goals, assist with transactions, and deliver excellent member experiences while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, banking, or cash-handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and uncover financial needs through meaningful conversations and questions.
• Identify and recommend Credit Union products and services based on member needs and goals.
• Contribute to individual and branch sales and referral goals.
• Educate members on accounts, loans, credit products, and digital banking services.
• Explain value of products and ask for business.
• Follow up on opportunities and referrals when appropriate.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Deliver a positive member experience balancing service, sales, accuracy and efficiency.

Cyprus Credit Union is looking for aBilingual Financial Service Representative (Teller) who loves working with people and is motivated by achieving results.

This isn't just a transaction-based teller position. Our Financial Service Representatives build relationships, uncover financial needs, recommend products and services, and help members find solutions that make sense for them. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with members and uncover financial needs through meaningful conversations and effective questions.
• Identify and recommend Credit Union products and services based on each member's needs and financial goals.
• Actively contribute to individual and branchsales and referral goals.
• Look beyond the immediate transaction to identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Educate members on checking and savings accounts, loans, credit products, digital banking services, and other available solutions.
• Confidently explain the value and benefits of products and ask members for their business.
• Follow up on identified opportunities and referrals when appropriate.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver a positive member experience while balancing service, sales, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Protect confidential member information and follow Credit Union policies and procedures.

Schedule

This is apart-time position with a set schedule:

Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

Saturdays: Some Saturdays required, 8:45 AM–2:00 PM

Sundays: Closed

Location

This position may be assigned to one of our Salt Lake Valley and surrounding branches, includingCenterville, North Salt Lake, Foothill, 4th South, Millcreek, 5600 West, West Valley, 4700 South, Magna, or Tooele.
