• Financial services product knowledge and ability to communicate with tact.

Responsibilities

• Play key role in Relationship Management, Sales Process and Risk Management.
• Complete basic research on customer profiles to assess value and guide discussions.
• Identify customer financial needs and present product/service options with internal partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients via email or phone to educate on products.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and establish trust with existing clients.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments; maintain registration under applicable laws.
• Adhere to compliance/risk controls and support M&T Bank branding.
• Complete related duties as assigned.
