Applicants should have a high school diploma (associates/bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and establish rapport to encourage ongoing engagement.
• Assist team in achieving branch goals and participate in trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle teller transactions and inquiries.
• Promote digital banking solutions and assist with account openings/maintenances.
• Understand regulations and ensure compliance in daily tasks.
• Travel to other branches as needed and support after-hours coverage.
