Job summary

Furlani Foods, LLC in Oak Creek, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Packaging & Maintenance Associate to operate and fine-tune high-speed production equipment, perform setups and changeovers, and carry out basic repairs. You will support preventive maintenance and safety programs while reporting downtime in CMMS.

Required are 1–2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and shift premiums are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
• Hands-on mechanical repair and adjustment skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment
• CMMS (EAM) familiarity preferred
• High School diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging and production equipment to meet plan
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs
• Support preventive maintenance and partner with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; participate in safety programs and hazard reporting
• Capture downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS; report throughput, materials, and waste
