Job summary

FURLANI FOODS, LLC is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to supervise a fast-paced packaging line in Oak Creek, WI. You will guide a team of 11-15 associates, focus on meeting production targets, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation and Maintenance, fostering safety, and promoting a culture of engagement and problem-solving. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles (training provided).
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage production on high-speed packaging lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance.
• Drive operational excellence by reducing downtime and improving OEE.
