Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. seeks a Background Screener for the Americas region to review and evaluate background screening results from third-party sources; the role features a hybrid in-office/remote schedule within Pinkerton's large client program.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of background checks or related experience.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and propose solutions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Verify education and employment information provided by candidates.
• Collaborate with third-party screening vendor to identify discrepancies.
• Archive final background screening reports per data-protection guidance.
• Assist in compliance auditing.
• Develop and train new staff on screener processes.
• Suggest process improvements for refinement.
• Support regional standardization initiatives.
• Escalate issues to the Regional Operations Manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
