Job summary

Klass Time LTD in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Sales Representative to maximize sales by promoting our products and servicing assigned outlets, ensuring correct execution at the point of sale.

You will visit stores on a route, build relationships, negotiate displays and activities, and report accurately in company systems. Strong bilingual English/Spanish and prior sales/merchandising experience are required.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (Fluent in Spanish).
• Associate degree or technical certificate or post-secondary coursework.
• 1+ years in merchandising, sales, or customer service.
• CPG or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and mobile apps on devices.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel to stores in different cities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate market opportunities to direct manager to increase sales.
• Route visits to all points of sale assigned.
• Generate sales by marketing products and executing displays.
• Know products and info to execute a sale.
• Create and maintain customer relationships.
• Negotiate with points of sale for additional exhibits and events.
• Report information truthfully in company systems.
