Job summary

Sbtglobalinc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to manage monthly invoicing and related documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract billing and timely payments, using SAP and SCP systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and Korean/English bilingual ability to coordinate with corporate accounts and account managers for renewals and accruals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 3+ years' related experience
• Excellent MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Korean bilingual mandatory)
• Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Experience in accounts receivable/invoicing and billing processes would be a plus
• Confidentiality and compliance with EEO guidelines

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly AR invoicing process for accuracy and timeliness
• Generate and maintain billing backups for monthly invoicing across corporate accounts
• Organize and categorize contract documentation in designated systems
• Maintain sales tracking charts with updated specifications and pricing
• Retrieve billing details from SCP and perform variance analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate contract billing
• Collaborate with Account Managers to reflect renewals in billing
• Support senior AR/AP staff with monthly accruals
• Create billing contracts in SAP and issue invoices to customers
• Update monthly revenue forecasts in Excel for active and upcoming contracts
