O'Reilly Auto Parts in Jennings, MO seeks a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers and support store management.

You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, process payments, handle exchanges/returns, and answer phone inquiries while maintaining accurate cash handling and stock updates. Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow company customer service programs and assist store management in tasks.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and routine inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
