Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices and promote related items.
• Perform daily operational tasks: stocking, planogram updates, inventory, and returns.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
