O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be valued for helping diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Assist with phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately; manage cash drawer.
